Liability covers
Public Liability cover is provided as options of either £2,000,000 or £5,000,000. Please advise us if you should require a quotation for higher limits of indemnity provided contact 0845 313 9871.
Employers Liability is automatically covered on all options at a limit of £10,000,000.
Costumes and Equipment (anywhere in the UK)
Scenery, sets, costumes & equipment can be covered as options of either £5,000, £10,000, £15,000 or higher. This section of the policy is on a Reinstatement basis and the sum insured should reflect the current replacement cost of all items and components. These sums insured are automatically increased by 50% 2 weeks prior to, during and after a production. Cover for terrorism is excluded, however quotations can be obtained at request.
Money
This section is automatically covered on our policy at a limit of £2,500 on the premises and £500 away from the premises. The cover is also increased by 50% 2 weeks prior to, during and after a production. Please contact us if a higher limit is required on 0845 313 9871.
Abandonment / Cancellation
Cover is automatically included on all packages to the sum insured of £1,000 where property cover has been selected. Higher sums insured are available. Please contact us for a higher limit on 0845 313 9871.
Terrorism exclusion
Terrorism is excluded from our policy. Please speak to the Stage Safe team on 0845 313 9871 if you require this cover.
Under insurance
As with all commercial Insurance Policies, this policy is subject to “Average” (the under-insurance penalty clause). Please therefore ensure that all sums insured are adequate and that you review them regularly. If sums insured are inadequate insurers may apply an under insurance penalty and any claim payment would therefore be reduced.
